CST Multifamily Land Developers welcomed its new apartment community to the Lake Charles and Calcasieu region, opening in June with parish, city, state leaders and regional business leaders.
CST Multifamily Real Estate Services CEO Tom Delahaye, team members, and contractor leaders joined with State of Louisiana housing leaders and community members to welcome Reserve at Power Place, a new $40.8 million apartment community to the region, at an official ribbon-cutting and reception in June. CST Land Developers, LLC, a division of CST Multifamily Real Estate Services, LLC, a Louisiana-owned firm, is the developer. The new modern 144-unit apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, are in a gated access community featuring contemporary architectural and interior design, along with numerous convenience and recreational amenities.
